New airport terminal to have entrance off I-75 | News
ATLANTA -- The Georgia Department of Transportation is asking travelers to carefully pay attention to the new signage as they travel to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport beginning Wednesday.
Tuesday night, workers will uncover more than 100 new highway signs directing drivers to various terminals, including the new Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal.
"The most important thing for folks to remember is that domestic passengers will access the terminal via I-85 and international passengers will use I-75," GDOT district construction engineer Lee Upkins said in a statement. "But if people will just follow the signs, they will be OK."
The international terminal officially opens to the public on Wednesday.
